The Hour
You already have a site. You just need someone to fix that thing, configure that plugin, clean up that catalog, or handle the technical task you don't want to learn. That's exactly what this is for.
- Plugin installation and configuration
- Hosting and domain support
- Small changes to an existing site
- Product import via CSV
- Catalog cleanup and reorganization
- Technical fixes in your website or store (WordPress, WooCommerce)
- Any specific task that needs handling, without committing to a full project
- Minimum 2 hours per session — quoted upfront, before we start
- Does not include design from scratch, new page development, copy, or anything that's really a full project
- If it becomes clear during the hours that what you need is a package, we'll tell you — honestly
- Rate: $35 USD / hour
- Tell us what you need — Describe the task, as detailed or vague as you have it
- We send an estimate — Number of hours and exactly what gets done in them
- You approve and pay — Work starts once the estimate is confirmed
- Done — Task delivered, no loose ends
Need a little more? We've got you.
Because we know you might need something esle, we got you. Here are our add ons
What happens from day one to launch
- 01Stage 01
Tell us everything
We send you a questionnaire so you can tell us about your business: your customers, your goals, and what you need your site to do. Once we receive it along with your 50% deposit, we review everything and confirm your project's start date.
1–3 days - 02Stage 02
Words & visuals, locked in
We write your site's texts and put together the visual direction. You get a shared document with the texts, and a moodboard with colors, typography, and design references. One round of feedback on both, and we move forward with everything aligned.
3–5 days - 03Stage 03
You see it before we build it
With your texts and visual direction approved, we design your main page. You get two rounds of feedback to make sure it feels exactly right before we start building.
4–7 days - 04Stage 04
We build the whole thing
We bring everything to life on WordPress, looking good on every device and built to last. If your project includes an online store, this is where we organize your entire product catalog so managing it feels effortless from day one. One final review before we go live.
10–20 days - 05Stage 05
Your site goes live
Your site goes live. We walk you through everything in a short training session so you can manage your content, products, and orders with complete confidence. Includes 7 days of post-launch support.

Questions we get a lot.
Still have one? Email us at hello@glintzstudio.com — we'll be happy to help.
I have hundreds of products. Can you really handle that?
Absolutely, this is actually our specialty. Most web designers avoid large catalogs because structuring and importing hundreds of products is complex, time-consuming work that requires data expertise. We genuinely enjoy it.
We’ve built systems to automate the heavy lifting: image renaming, data cleaning, SEO tag generation, and bulk imports, all without manual errors. Check out our Strikkoteket case study to see what that looks like in practice.
What do I need to have ready before we start?
Not as much as you might think. You’ll fill out a strategic questionnaire at the start of the project — that’s our main tool for understanding your business, your goals, and your audience. Beyond that, it helps to have a general idea of your brand colors or visual references, and any content you want on the site (texts, photos, logos). Don’t have everything polished? That’s okay — we’ll guide you through what’s essential and what can wait. You don’t need to be ready. You just need to start.
Do you work with global clients?
Yes! 100% of our work is remote, and we’re set up to work with clients anywhere in the world.
We work in English and Spanish with equal quality and naturalness, and our process is fully async-friendly so time zones are never a blocker.
We’re based in Mexico, but our clients have included businesses in Norway, Germany, and Spain. If you can communicate over WhatsApp or email, we can work together.
What happens after my site goes live? Are you still available?
Every project includes 7 days of post-launch support, so if something looks off or you have questions after going live, we’re there.
After that, we offer hourly support at $35 USD/hr for ongoing help: product updates, small edits, plugin issues, whatever comes up.
We’re not the kind of studio that hands you a link and disappears. We want your site to keep working for you long after launch day.
